Archiving Policy

Larik: Journal of Language, Literature, and Cultural Studies is committed to ensuring the long-term preservation, accessibility, and integrity of its published content. The journal applies reliable digital archiving systems to guarantee that scholarly articles remain permanently available to the academic community.

Digital Preservation

The journal utilizes recognized digital preservation services to securely archive all published articles and ensure continued access in the event that the journal website becomes unavailable.

Archiving Systems

Larik supports and participates in the following archiving initiatives:

  • PKP Preservation Network (PKP PN)
All published content is automatically preserved through the PKP Preservation Network, providing decentralized and secure long-term archiving.

  • LOCKSS (Lots of Copies Keep Stuff Safe)
The journal allows participating libraries to create permanent archives of the journal for preservation and restoration purposes.

  • CLOCKSS (Controlled LOCKSS) (when applicable)
CLOCKSS provides additional secure, community-governed preservation of scholarly content.

Repository and Indexing

Authors are permitted to deposit the published version of their articles in institutional repositories or other recognized scholarly repositories, provided proper citation to the original publication in Larik is included.

Content Integrity

Archived content is preserved in its original published form. Any corrections, retractions, or updates are clearly documented and linked to the original article to maintain transparency and scholarly integrity.

Sustainability Commitment

Through its archiving policy, Larik ensures the sustainability of scholarly communication and long-term access to academic research for future generations.
